Return and payment policy

1. General provisions
This policy defines the conditions for returning goods and refunding payments made on our site.

2. Return of goods (only for recipients in Ukraine)
 • The customer can return the product only at the post office during the receipt (review of the product) (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta).
 • The product can be opened and inspected at the post office upon receipt.
 • Custom-made products are non-returnable.

3. Rejection of the goods before shipment
 • If the customer rejects the product before it is shipped, the money will be refunded in full.

4. Rejection of the product after shipment (only for recipients in Ukraine)
 • If the customer rejects the product at the post office during receipt (review of the product), the money will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping.

5. Return procedure
  • Refunds are made after receiving and checking the goods at the post office.

6. Changes in policy
The store reserves the right to update the return policy.
The current version is always published on the website.
