Shipping policy

1. General provisions
This policy defines the terms of delivery of orders placed on our website. It regulates terms, methods and rules for sending goods, as well as actions in case of problems with delivery.

2. Delivery methods
The order can be obtained in the following ways:
 • Nova Poshta
 • Ukrposhta
 • Self-pickup in the city of Mykolaiv (to specify the time and place of self-pickup, write to Telegram: @awqrtnn (https://t.me/awqrtnn)

3. Delivery terms
 • Shipping is carried out on working days.
 • Delivery time after ordering: no more than 3 working days.
 • Delivery time:
 • By Ukrposhta: 4–6 days
 • By Nova Poshta: 1–3 days

Delivery cost
 • Delivery is paid at the branch of the relevant delivery service.
 • The cost of delivery is determined according to the tariffs of delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta).

5. Tracking and Communication
After sending the order, the buyer receives information for tracking the package.

6. Problems with delivery
 • If the shipment is delayed more than 3 days without prior notice, we will add a gift to the order as an apology.
 • If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, the store can:
 • Return the money
 • Resend the order without additional payment

7. International delivery
 • Orders can be sent outside of Ukraine by Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.
 • The cost and terms of delivery are determined by the tariffs of the selected delivery service.

8. Changes in delivery policy
We reserve the right to update our shipping policy. The current version is always published on the website.
